My personal story is I have tried everything in life to 'cope' with my pain and trauma. Like most people I chose to be in unhealthy relationships, partied to soothe my pain, been a workaholic and helped everyone else so I can avoid my pain.

God was calling me for a long time. I finally made a choice to develop and deepen my relationship with God. God, my faith, and my determination helped me to make a transformation!
With God, I learned how to face myself - the good, the bad, and not so pretty parts of myself. God gave me grace and courage to look in the mirror and see the masterpiece HE created in me!
